For the last eight years the Main Stream Media has been bashing George W. Bush and the Republicans, while suppressing any thing negative about the Democrats. Since Nov. 2003 when Obama gave the speech at the DNC, MSM has been reporting only favorable things about him while suppressing anything negative and attacking anyone who had the nerve to say a disparaging word.

It is very easy to understand why Bush’s poll numbers were so low and Obama’s are so high, but are now slipping because there are more and more people speaking out.

Try this simple brainwashing technique: Pick one of your co-workers, we’ll call him Joe, then tell the rest of your co-workers every time they see Joe, tell him he doesn’t look well, and looks as if he is sick.
I will be willing to bet that by noon Joe goes home sick.

For over thirty years our educational system has been indoctrinating students to accept the “consensus”opinion of the many, whether there was truth in the opinion or not. The Global Warming Fraud, is an example of this. This is how so many were conned into accepting the Socialist ideology drummed into our children by our schools and colleges. For four score and ten, we and others have watched the slow degradation of the elements of freedom and liberty. We have watched as the walls were erected by government, around the principles of our cherished constitution. We have watched as our treasury, brimming with our tax dollars taken by force, was pillaged, wasted and abused by government, to buy off naive and ignorant constituents for votes, or to reward lobbyists with the fruits of our labor, for favors. We have watched as government, with malice aforethought, exploited class warfare and racial division. We have watched as their ill conceived social policies have sent us head long, into financial collapse.

We have watched as laws were passed by government that violated one or more of our unalienable, individual rights. We have watched as international treaties were ratified, that ran in direct opposition to our basic laws. We have watched as power-hungry politicians worked with international forces to dilute or dissolve American sovereignty. We have watched as Federal legislators, in all three branches of government, assume many more powers than were enumerated in our Constitution. We have watched as the courts, at every level, rendered decisions that spit in the face of the Supreme Law of the Land, or defied any semblance of common law, much less, common sense.

As the government gained more unauthorized power, the abuses of our freedoms have accelerated. Which brings us to present day events.

Mostly urban, less-educated Americans, who don’t pay the lion’s share of the taxes and who have been bought off by robbing the public treasury, now have the majority votes to keep the robbers in office. One of the greatest fears of our Founding Fathers. Wealthy, special interest groups (mega corporations, unions, socialists, environmentalists, money changers and the international elite, etc.), continue their incessant lobbying of American lawmakers for a never-ending list of favors, which are granted by the spineless traitors that occupy the seats of power, at every level of our government.

Massive, multi-trillion dollar stimulus bills to award failure (banks, businesses and irresponsible people) are angering the many millions of responsible citizens who do the right thing and live under the solid values of honesty, integrity, honor and family. Achievement and success are penalized as being evil and a “sin” and therefore must be vilified and heavily taxed. Amnesty for illegal aliens sticks in the craw of those responsible Americans who have to pay for it all and frustrates those who try to come to America legally.

Radical environmental legislation, in the form of endangered species acts, clean water acts, salmon recovery acts, inhibiting or outright prohibiting energy source extraction, power generation by any energy means, or the construction of oil refineries, and the fraud that is man-caused global warming in the form of CO2 emission limits and the insane cap and trade policies, has cutoff American creativity, ingenuity, industriousness and its envied economy, bringing the economy to its knees and rendering the United States a third-world country.

These are traitorous acts by our gutless leaders, to the ideas and principles of freedom and liberty. These acts give aid and comfort to our enemies. These acts are the precursor to our enslavement. These acts should make every American furious with their government. These treasonous acts by our out-of-touch, arrogant leaders, demand action, and now, by all who consider themselves responsible and self-reliant Americans of any stripe, who ultimately must bear the growing burden of government’s negligence and corruption.

It is hard to conclude that there is an upside to these events, but there is. Individual stories of government attacks on basic freedoms increases by the hour. Property rights have been all but obliterated by draconian environmental regulations and government abuse of eminent domain. Assaults on our other rights, now pour out of congress like a gushing geyser, as the socialists grow more arrogant with their rising power. This rapid acceleration of these unconstitutional abuses by government, has awakened a good portion of the masses and more are awakening every day. We call these awakening masses, the Silent Majority.

But for almost 100 years, the silent majority has let their guard down. The time for “watching” is over. The time for “action” is a must. If the silent majority have any hope of restoring our Republic, this majority who have been silent for far too long and thought the government would run itself, must awaken and stand united in the defense of freedom. The silent majority must wrap itself around a representative symbol and a few simple actions. Here are four (4) things the silent majority can do together:

1. They must organize large protests at state capitols and government buildings, but especially at the homes of all politicians. Politicians pay little price for their treasonous transgressions. Those transgressions must be brought “home” to them in living color, where the politician ’lives”.

2. They must participate aggressively in local, state and federal politics and encourage others to do the same.

3. They must join and donate to a freedom organization of their choice and become involved in its activities.

4. And they need to hold frequent “silent majority” meetings in their homes and discuss issues and strategies and then implement those strategies with their available resources.

To get the ball rolling, under the banner of our national organization, we have declared April 15, 2009 as the Silent Majority’s “National Awareness of Freedom” Day. April 15th is the same day that the organization, “Restore the Republic”, (RTR) will be holding a nation-wide effort to get out information on the IRS and the Federal Reserve. Newsmax.com published an online article composed by the National Republican Trust PAC on February 20, 2009 titled “Obama’s 3 Big Lies – His Plan to Destroy the GOP. The more I read from it, the more convinced I was that the title, though accurate, didn’t quite go far enough. I also decided that the information in the article needed to be spread to as many different destinations that I could possibly reach. I also reworded the NRT PAC article title as written above, because I felt that it was not just the GOP that would be destroyed, but all of America as we have known it.

There is little doubt or question that liberal Democrats and their leader, Barack Obama, are a product of communistic socialism due to the huge amounts of money funneled into their efforts by individuals and organizations that have knelt at the un-American altar of anti-democracy philosophies such as George Soros, ACLU, Greenpeace, Sierra Club and others that ironically also call themselves Democrats.

These socialist connected donations were not by accident or blind hope; In “Atlas Shrugs” on October 08, 2008, less than a month before the Presidential election, author Pamela Geller wrote: “Barack Obama was a member of an extremist political party established by the Democratic Socialists for America, the Chicago New Party, and they cheered his victory in his uncontested run for his Illinois state senate seat as a step away from American values, towards socialism. The New Party: The New Party is an unabashed Marxist “fusion” party from which Barack Obama actively sought out and received an endorsement for his state senate candidacy (in 1996). He did. The party was a Marxist Political coalition. This was not a guilt by association thing. Senator Obama sought out their nomination.”

Scott Wheeler, Executive Director of the NRTPAC and author of the article referenced above, begins his treatise by explaining that the real reason why Obama, Pelosi and Reid rushed the recent mammoth spending bill, the biggest in history, without debate or Republican input was simply because they want to turn the “United States into a one-party country putting the Republican Party out of business once and for all.”

After all, if you’re going to turn this country into a socialist welfare state, you must first rid yourself of any strong opposition. There are other political parties besides the Republicans, but none with such clout or numbers. The “wannabees” are little more than fringe groups with little to no chance of any significant opposition to either major party.
We all now know more about that massive “stimulus” bill, labeled as “porkulus” by some in the amounts of anywhere from $787 billion to $1.3 trillion of taxpayer dollars which NRTPAC’s Wheeler claims is really a “political war chest for the Democrats.” They will use much of this largesse, he says, not for a quick fix stimulus to solve what they call a “fiscal crisis”, but “to reward their political friends – and have huge amounts of cash to dole out before the 2010 and 2012 elections.”

A very large portion of this appropriated money will not even be spent this year as you probably know after having read it finally when they made it public AFTER congressional and administrative approval. In fact, it could very possibly take up to 10 years to get rid of all of it. And as Wheeler points out, “These billions … will fund the Democratic political machine for many years to come.” And how ironic is that; the party that raised far more campaign money during both the primary and general election races, has to stoop to unethical and unsavory tactics to add to those donated dollars with more and more taxpayer funds?

But we also know, Obama is a product of the corrupt political machine in Chicago as is his recently appointed Chief of Staff, Raum Emanuel, another tax cheater who must think that privileged people like presidential appointees are exempt from paying their taxes. In Chicago it must be some kind of unwritten law as so many of them coming to Washington are astounded by having to pony up. But where you or I would probably get a jail sentence for not paying, all these people get is a tiny bit of bad publicity from the mainstream media, if any at all.

Ironically, in the campaign leading up to the 2006 Congressional elections, Nancy Pelosi, came up with the caustic proclamation of the Republican’s Culture of Corruption. It was based on a couple of wayward congressmen (Cunningham and Foley) and she reveled in the glory of that title for her political enemies. But then, she couldn’t have known (could she?) that Obama would make her glee short-lived as his awfully embarrassing cabinet and administration appointments introduced a new era now called: “Dynasty of Democrat Dishonesty”.

Ever hear that old adage, “Oh what tangled webs we weave, when first we practice to deceive”? It seems that the liberal Democrats have had more practice at it than is customary, which is why they’re so good at it.

But What Can We Do?

From the moment Barack Obama was inaugurated on January 20th, the leftists who control Congress have – at his behest – gone on a drunken binge of runaway spending vis-à-vis an $850-bilion faux “stimulus” program that rewards failure and punishes success. It is already clear that The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act should be renamed The American Relapse-And-Needs-Resuscitation Act, as is evidenced by both the simultaneous plunge of the Dow and the president’s polling numbers, as well as an epidemic case of buyer’s remorse. As Oklahoma Republican Senator Tom Coburn has written, “the stimulus is a step toward a Soviet America.”

Or, as Lenin said, “The way to crush the bourgeoisie [the middle class] is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation.”

Or, as Winston Churchill so presciently pronounced: Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.”

Writer Randall Hoven has elaborated upon what the president has “accomplished” in his first weeks in office. This is the short list.

▪ Rewarded abortionists by freeing federal funds to pay for abortions both here and overseas.

▪ Rewarded terrorists by not interrogating them too roughly.

▪ Rewarded terrorists by closing Gitmo.

▪ Punished the U.S. military by halting commissions until Gitmo is “reviewed.”

▪ Rewarded the domestically-held terrorist Ali Saleh Kahlah al-Marri by “reviewing” his case.

▪ Rewarded Gitmo detainee Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, an al-Qaida suspect in USS Cole in 200, that killed 17 US sailors, by dropping charges against him.

▪ Rewarded terrorists from Hamas by granting them up to $20.3 million for the “conflict victims in Gaza.”

▪ Rewarded terrorists by establishing a redress process if those suspected of wrongdoing are delayed or prohibited from boarding a flight.

▪ Rewarded female career “victims” by signing the “Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act” so women can wage equal-pay lawsuits, not for up to 180 days but for decades in the past.

▪ Rewarded the American-hating president of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, by “reaching out” to him – to which the madman demanded that the U.S. apologize to Iran for its actions for” the past 60 years” and remove all U.S. forces from the Middle East.

▪ Rewarded labor unions by revoking a former executive order that forced employers to notify employees of their rights.

▪ Punished faith-based organizations by equating them with “neighborhood partnerships” like Planned Parenthood and ACORN – treating them “like a house of God, in the eyes of the federal government.”

▪ Punished fair-hiring employers by requiring federal executives to hire union-only members.

▪ Punished the American people by issuing numerous draconian environmental dictates that insure zero energy independence for decades to come, if ever.

In other words, Hoven says, it was all “pay back Democratic special interests…spend really, really huge amounts of other people’s money, [and] make terrorism a law-enforcement issue instead of a national-defense issue and watch terrorists and nuclear proliferators be released, from Pakistan to Yemen to Gitmo.”

I haven’t even mentioned how much Obama has also:

▪ Punished Americans by appointing chronic tax cheats and craven lobbyists to his cabinet and as advisors.

▪ Punished Americans by reversing every promise he made about transparency, bipartisanship, and having an economic-growth bill with no pork.

▪ Rewarded terrorists by authorizing $20.3 million to aid Palestinian refugees from Gaza – read Hamas – to “migrate.” But as journalist Judi McLeod and intelligence analyst Michael Travis have asked, “Is Obama opening the floodgates to Hamas” and “What security measures are in place to keep Hamas terrorists from gaining free access into the U.S.?”

▪ Punished Americans by not firing – or even sanctioning – Attorney General Eric Holder, who called America a “nation of cowards.”

▪ Punished Americans by moving the once-objective census process into the White House’s to be overseen by the Chicago-machine flunkie, Rahm Emanuel.

▪ And then there was the cringe-producing embarrassment he caused by granting his first interview to the Arab media, Dubai-based al Arabiya TV, where he proceeded to apologize for America’s “mistakes.”

Vox Clamato en Deserto

On the eve of the “stimulus” bill vote, which took place on February 14, Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren asked Alaska’s Governor Sarah Palin what the president should do.

“He should veto it!” Palin exclaimed. “He should send it back to the lawmakers so they have time to actually read it and understand its impact.” Hers was a lonely voice of opposition, but it resonated with millions of Americans who also wondered how their (overwhelmingly Democrat) elected officials had the gall to vote for a 1,100-page bill they hadn’t read, when recent spending packages of significantly less heft had failed so thunderously:

▪ $180 billion stimulus program in the spring of 2008: Failed.

▪ $345 billion housing bailout from the summer of 2008: Failed.

▪ $700 billion Wall Street bailout from the fall of 2008: Failed.

▪ Grand total: $1.2 trillion in spending: Failed.

Just a few days later, on February 17, Louisiana’s Governor Bobby Jindal suggested that he might not be interested in taking the $4 billion allotted to his state in the “stimulus” package before reviewing each program and determining “what are the strings” attached to it were. And on February 18, according to the Associated Press, a number of other Republican governors said they were considering turning down at least some of the money, questioning if it would help the economy at all.

Of course, it was a Democrat, South Carolina Congressman James Clyburn, who sneaked tucked into the package a proviso that allows state legislatures to override a governor’s decision. It was also Clyburn who said that the refusal of governors to accept the funds was “a slap in the face of African-Americans.” To which Kevin Martin, a member of Project 21 – a leading voice of the African-American community since 1992 – replied: “Liberals such as Congressman Clyburn have always employed tactics such as the race card to shame critics into accepting their heavy-handed demands…to use race as a means of cramming it down these governors’ throats is reprehensible, and people should take notice as to how far these people are willing to go to get their way.”

Indeed. Americans should be celebrating the courage of the Republican governors who have questioned the ability of the bloated, pork-laden, special-interest-favoring bill to create jobs or “save” the economy At this point, their numbers may be small, but their potential to influence other Republicans, Conservatives, and Independents is huge.

Don’t Tread on Me

Afraid that the Obama agenda includes trampling on states’ rights, 22 states are declaring sovereignty or planning to. Sovereignty is not the same as secession, in which a state or states threaten to leave the union. Sovereignty is granted under the 10th Amendment of the Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights. In short, it says that: “Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right…”

The states now seeking sovereignty are expressing the fear that a new national government might seek to exercise powers not granted to the government and that states will lose their autonomy. In stark contrast are those who believe that Congress can enact – at the will or whim of the president – just about anything that strikes their socialist fancies.

The states seeking sovereignty believe that if enough states get on board, they could press their claims together and prevail. The federal government, they say, has no physical existence, except for the machinery that runs it, but that the states are the country!

As one blogger stated, “Whether they’re using a stick or a club, the states are drawing a line in the sand and placing the Federal Government on notice.”

But there is a rub here. A Resolution carries no weight, but only sends a “sense of the state legislature” to the federal government. But a Bill can become a Law. So when you’re contacting your state officials, urge them to introduce a Bill and not a Resolution about Sovereignty and States’ Rights!

According to writer Dave Nalle, it now looks “like at least 22 states have Bills in some stage of development. About half are in the process of being drafted, several are in committee or out for debate, and the pack is being led by Arizona, Oklahoma, and New Hampshire, where the bills have strong support and will likely be voted on within a matter of weeks. As yet, none have passed into law, but we may see that happen in some of the most active states fairly quickly.”

Most of the Resolutions, Nalle says, “are originating from inside legislatures and from established state politicians, specifically in response to concerns about unfunded mandates and excessive burdens placed on the states by the federal government. The expense and partisan character of many of the elements of the stimulus bill is of increasing concern and helping to motivate legislators to pass these state resolutions…while the 10th Amendment is central to their argument, legislators are more concerned about retaining power they see being gradually eroded by the federal government…”

Yes, Your Honor!

It is not only governors and state legislatures waking up to the shock of dealing with a far-left-cum-socialist-cum-Marxist president and a far-left Congress that echoes his contempt for free-market capitalism and the U.S. Constitution. It is also organizations like Patriots for America as well as individual activists. A minister, Christ Otto, started the Red Envelope Project that has already resulted in over 100,000 red envelopes being sent to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue (zip: 20500), which are marked on the back with the simple sentence: “This envelope represents one child who died in abortion…it is empty because that child was unable to offer anything to the world.”

Stephen Pidgeon, a lawyer who has waged one of more than a dozen Supreme Court lawsuits (Broe v. Reed) in an attempt to prove that President Obama is Constitutionally ineligible to hold his office, has launched an effort to empanel a National Grand Jury “to serve as ombudsmen for the citizens of the country in respect to constitutional rights and privileges…and to conduct criminal investigations of members of the federal government, and, if the evidence is sufficient, issue criminal indictments.”

The National Grand Jury, Pidgeon says, “is an entirely independent body. Judges of the Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeal, and the District Courts of the United States, United States Attorneys, and Congress of the United States may act only as advisors. They cannot prevent National Grand Jury action unless that action violates the duly enacted laws as originally created in the United States.”

He says that a National Grand Jury is empowered to:

▪ Inquire into the condition and management of branches of the federal government and its agencies.

▪ Investigate and report on the operations, accounts and records of federal officers, departments, and functions.

▪ Inquire into the willful or corrupt misconduct in office of public officers.

▪ Submit a final report of its findings and recommendations, no later than the end of its term, to the Presiding Juror of the National Grand Jury.

So to all people who wonder “ What can I do?” to reclaim the America they knew and loved it before Obama, I suggest that you join these efforts and also start protests of your own, be they e-mail campaigns, signatures on petitions, letters-to-editors, street demonstrations, and endless petitions to your elected representatives. If they don’t respond to your liking, kick the bums out of office in 2010!

But remember that Obama’s henchmen-and-women “donated” $4-billion dollars to the corrupt Acorn “community agitator organizer” group in their “stimulus” bill, the better to swing the midterms to even more corrupt leftwing legislators. So if you want more of what the president has “offered” us in only four weeks in office – with more horrifying things to follow – vote for anyone but a Democrat!

A Contrived Crisis? - You Decide

imageThrough a series of supposedly random but arguably deliberate chain of events, America is poised to jettison 220 years of a free market system called capitalism, in favor of the tried and failed system of socialism. This writer, and others, are now starting to question how we reached this point.

Last summer, as McCain and Obama were in the midst of their campaigns to capture the presidency, a series of events dramatically changed the focus of the campaign from Iraq to the economy. From that point on, Obama took the lead and eventually won the presidency.

June 26, 2008: Democrat Chuck Schumer leaked a memo questioning the solvency of IndyMac bank. This memo precipitated a run on IndyMac which led to its failure. Federal regulators pointedly cited U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., in explaining the bank’s failure. “The immediate cause of the closing was a deposit run that began and continued after the public release of a June 26 letter to the OTS and the FDIC from Senator Charles Schumer of New York.”

This event, coupled with the Lehman Brothers collapse in September, marked the beginning of the current economic meltdown and provided the ammunition for massive government intervention in the private market.

July 12, 2008: The federal government takes control of the $32 billion IndyMac Bank. *

Sept. 6, 2008: Fannie Mae begins its downward spiral, which will end with a crash in November. This crash was avoidable, as the problems with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were identified in June of 2006, when 15 Republicans on the Senate Banking Committee introduced legislation to address the problem. Democrats, led by Barney Frank, killed the reform efforts.

Sept. 15, 2008: Obama and McCain are virtually tied in their race for the presidency. Out of no-where, in the space of less than 2 hours, the Federal Reserve noticed a tremendous drawdown of money market accounts in the U.S. to the tune of $550 billion. Rep. Paul Kanjorski of Pennsylvania said that if authorities had not closed the banks, $5.5 trillion would have been withdrawn from US banks, which would have caused the collapse of the US within 24 hours.

This seminal event marked the ascendancy of Obama’s candidacy, and eventually resulted in his election as president.

Fast forward to this week. The markets reacted to Obama’s proposal to bail-out mortgages and Senator Christopher Dodd’s talk of nationalizing banks by reaching 11-year lows.

Obama continues to stoke the fears of imminent crisis, actually using the word ‘crisis’ a total of 26 times in one speech.

Enter George Soros. The infamous one-worlder, billionaire George Soros adds his voice to the media doomsayers by opining that the world financial system has effectively disintegrated, adding that there is yet no prospect of near-term resolution to the crisis.

Soros said the turbulence is more severe than during the Great Depression, comparing the current situation to the demise of the Soviet Union.

He may be right. The series of ‘inadvertent errors’, deliberate obstruction, political shenanigans, behind the scenes manipulation of the money markets and non-stop calls for immediate infusions of taxpayer cash have brought the U.S. to its knees.

With one voice, politicians, economists and ‘experts’ agree by unspoken consensus that government is the only solution. No one points out the fact that every single step taken so far by the government has exacerbated the problem, effectively bringing America one step closer to centralized government control. Which, coincidentally, Obama favors.

I am not an economist. But I will challenge any expert to dispute the fact that if President Obama took to the airwaves tomorrow and announced the Bush tax cuts would be extended and a capital gains tax cut was under consideration, the markets would immediately turn around.

That no-one is proposing this common sense solution is alarming. That no free market solutions are even under consideration is more alarming. That no-one is questioning who was responsible for the Sept. 15 run on money market accounts, or why the media was silent on it, lends credence to the possibility that our current economic crisis might not have been the result of a series of random events.

The economic meltdown is undoubtedly responsible for Obama becoming president. It is also responsible for the current consideration of socialistic solutions, if not outright socialism. Without a doubt, this crisis has strengthened the Democratic party. Yet to connect the dots and suggest that this crisis isn’t a result of capitalism gone bad risks branding this author with the title of paranoid conspiracist.

Color me paranoid. Was this current crisis manufactured? I don’t know. Does the possibility exist? You decide.

* Six months later, Jan 2, 2009, a seven-member group of investors agreed to buy the remnants of failed lender IndyMac for $13.9 billion. Other investors included a fund controlled by billionaire George Soros’ Fund Management.

I firmly believe the puppetmasters listed below are responsible for the electronic withdrawal of over 550 billion in a period of just 2 hours, in Sept. 2008 which almost collapsed our economy, and propelled Obama into the White House.

I also believe they are buying massive amounts of farmland worldwide and large amounts of food commodities on the commodities futures market. The farmland will be taken out of production, the food commodities will not be released for market, which will “create” the next crisis, a massive shortage of food. I believe this will happen sometime between 2010-2012.

The “Partners”: Who’s Who in the Democracy Alliance

The Democracy Alliance has at least 101 donor-members, both individuals and organizations. However, it has not made available an official list of its “partners.” Here are some of the known DA members:

George Soros is founder of Quantum Asset Management and the grant-making Open Society Institute. He donated close to $24 million of his own money to 527 committees that made “independent expenditures” to defeat George W. Bush in 2004. His son Jonathan is also a member of the DA.

Peter B. Lewis is a billionaire insurance magnate ‚Äî chairman of Progressive Casualty Insurance Co., the nation’s third-largest automobile insurer. He gave $23 million to 527 groups in 2004.

Herb and Marion Sandler are the co-founders of Golden West Financial Corp. They sold their S&L holding company to Wachovia in 2006 for $24 billion in cash and stock. In 2004 they gave $13 million to anti-Bush 527s.

The philanthropic interests of Silicon Valley venture capitalists Andy and Deborah Rappaport overlap significantly with those of the Alliance, but it is unclear if they are currently DA members. (The Nation’s Ari Berman reported in 2006 that the Rappaports were “disaffected with the Alliance.”) The Rappaports gave $25,000 to fund the first Yearly Kos convention in 2004, a donation that matched the $25,000 MoveOn.org to the cause. The Rappaports founded New Progressive Coalition LLC, (”Your political giving advisor”), which is technically a for-profit corporation that allows individuals to “invest” in Political “Mutual Funds.” According to the NPC: “Political giving can be easy and strategic…Simply choose an issue you care about and invest in a portfolio of powerful and unique organizations that are working effectively to solve our pressing political challenges.” This new kind of for-profit political funding entity sidesteps campaign finance laws allowing a donor’s identity to remain confidential. The Rappaports also gave $70,000 to ActBlue, a PAC that takes in donations and then distributes the money to Democratic candidates.

Tim Gill is the software entrepreneur who created Quark, the design and layout publishing program. Gill, who also dabbles in state and local politics, is president of the Gill Foundation in Denver, a funder of gay rights organizations. Gill’s political giving grew from $300,000 in 2000 to about $15 million in 2006, the Atlantic Monthly reported in March 2007. The Gill Action Fund, a 501(c)(4) issue advocacy organization created in September 2006, describes itself as “dedicated to securing
equal opportunity for all people regardless of sexual orientation or gender expression.” Its executive director is Patrick Guerriero, former president of the gay GOP group, Log Cabin Republicans. Rodger MacFarlane, senior adviser to the Gill Foundation, is also a DA partner.

Rachel Pritzker Hunter of the Hyatt Hotel Pritzkers was a DA board member after the group was created.

Gara LaMarche became president and CEO of the Atlantic Philanthropies in April 2007. Previously, he was vice president and director of U.S. Programs for Soros’s Open Society Institute.

Guy Saperstein, is an Oakland, California trial lawyer. In 2007, he created the National Security/Foreign Policy New Ideas Fund (newideasfund.org), with DA funding.

Rob Reiner, a Hollywood actor-director, is chairman of Parents Action for Children, a 501(c)(3) advocacy group. In 2005 he promoted Proposition 82, an unsuccessful California ballot initiative that would have raised state taxes to fund preschool for all four-year-olds. (See “The Teachers Unions Fight for Universal Pre-School,” by Ivan Osorio and James Dellinger, Labor Watch, June 2007.)

Herb Miller is a Washington, D.C., real estate developer and Democratic Party fundraiser.

David A. Friedman, a philanthropist and self-described centrist, is treasurer of the Friedman Family Foundation.

Ann S. Bowers is the widow of Intel cofounder Robert Noyce, inventor of the integrated circuit and “mayor of Silicon Valley.” Bowers is board chairman of Noyce Foundation.

Albert C. Yates is former president of Colorado State University.

Davidi Gilo is a high-tech entrepreneur and founder of Vyyo Inc. who made the Mother Jones 400 list of big leftist donors. His wife, Shamaya, created the Winds of Change Foundation in 1998, and is a heavy donor to Democratic candidates.

Mark Buell is a businessman. His wife, Susie Tompkins Buell, co-founded the clothier Esprit with her ex-husband, Douglas Tompkins, who is president of the Foundation for Deep Ecology.

Fred Baron, one of America’s wealthiest plaintiffs’ attorneys, was finance chairman for Senator John Edwards‘s 2004 presidential campaign.

Service Employees International Union (SEIU) is an institutional member of the DA. SEIU President Andrew Stern and MoveOn.org‘s Eli Pariser have created a political action committee called “They Work for Us,” to take on Democratic candidates deemed insufficiently left-wing on economic issues. The labor coalition SEIU broke away from, the AFL-CIO, is also an Alliance member.

Alan Patricof is co-founder of private equity firm Apax Partners. From 1993 to 1995, he was chairman of the White House Conference on Small Business.

Bren Simon is president of MBS Associates LLC, a property management and development firm. Her husband, Melvin, ranks on the Forbes list of the world’s richest people. He is a part owner of the Indiana Pacers and runs the Simon Property Group, developer of shopping malls. (It is not known if Mr. Simon is active in the DA.)

Software entrepreneur Chris Gabrieli, who ran unsuccessfully for the Democratic nomination for Massachusetts governor in 2006, co-founded and heads Massachusetts 2020 Foundation.

Anne Bartley, the daughter of Winthrop Rockefeller, is vice chairman of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and a trustee of the Jennifer Altman Foundation.

Simon Rosenberg, the founder and president of the New Democrat Network (NDN), ran unsuccessfully in 2005 for the DNC chairmanship.

Lewis B. Cullman is a financier and philanthropist whose website says he and his wife, Dorothy, have given away $223 million to date.

Rob Johnson, a DA board member, is a partner at Impact Artist Management and former portfolio manager for Soros’s Quantum Fund.

Michael Kieschnick is founder of Working Assets. Every time a customer uses one of the Working Assets donation-linked services (long distance, wireless and credit card), the company donates a portion of the charges to “nonprofit groups working to build a world that is more just, humane, and environmentally sustainable,” according to the company’s website, which claims that over $50 million has been raised for progressive causes.

Steven M. Gluckstern, a former chairman of the Alliance, is a founding managing directorof Azimuth Alternative Assets, an investment banking firm.

Inventor William Budinger, who founded and ran Rodel, Inc.,is a DA board member.

DA board member Robert H. Dugger is a managing director of Tudor Investment Corporation, an asset management company. Previously he was chief economist at the American Bankers Association.

Manhattan psychologist Gail Furman, a DA board member, is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She serves on the boards of Human Rights First and The Brennan Center for Social Justice at NYU Law School.

The Revolt of the Kulaks Has Begun

The beginning of a protest movement against Barack Obama’s redistributive policies is underway. Though still small, every movement starts somewhere. While called the “Tea Party” after the Boston Tea Party, this movement is similar to movements throughout history where the producers of society refuse to have their property and income confiscated.

This movement can succeed if it does not stop at protest and includes changes in economic behavior. Obama’s redistributive plans require higher taxation, but higher tax plans (to be announced this week by Obama) are based on the fallacy that the “rich” will not change their economic behavior in reaction to higher tax rates.

History tells us, however, that economic redistribution plans fail because the producers of society would rather not produce, than have the fruits of their production taken away and given to others. Obama can raise the tax rates on income, but he cannot force people to generate income to be taxed. People may just say “no.” This resistance will not come from evading taxes, but from evading taxable income. In the end, as must all economic redistributors, Obama either will have to resort to repressive measures, or he will have to abandon his redistributive plans.

The best example of this phenomenon is the forced collectivization of farms in the Soviet Union. At the time of the Revolution, Russia was a largely agrarian society which allowed more productive farmers (so-called “kulaks”) to prosper. Since the kulaks represented a political threat to communism, the collectivization of farming was a focus of communist policy. From the start, the kulaks resisted, requiring Lenin to resort to repression:

Comrades! The revolt by the five kulak volost’s must be suppressed without mercy. The interest of the entire revolution demands this, because we have now before us our final decisive battle “with the kulaks.” We need to set an example.

1) You need to hang (hang without fail, so that the public sees) at least 100 notorious kulaks, the rich, and the bloodsuckers.
2) Publish their names.
3) Take away all of their grain.
4) Execute the hostages - in accordance with yesterday’s telegram.

This needs to be accomplished in such a way, that people for hundreds of miles around will see, tremble, know and scream out: let’s choke and strangle those blood-sucking kulaks.

Telegraph us acknowledging receipt and execution of this.

From 1928-1932, Stalin pressed forward with collectivization. In some circumstances, peasants lost the private ownership of land to the collective, in other instances land owners where forced to give most or all of their production to the state or collective. The forced collectivization was more violent at some times than others, but the consistent theme was the use of government power to force the Kulaks to subsidize less successful farmers and the state (sound familiar?).

“Stalin wanted to transform individual farms into large collective farms because he saw that the government was losing money to private traders. This required that the majority of farmers would have to work and live together on large state-run farms. Through these farms Stalin hoped to increase agricultural productivity, create grain reserves for Russia, and free many peasants for industrial work in the cities. In some cases the collectivization took the form of collective farming, in others forced reallocation of crop production.” (Cite)

But the peasants, particularly the kulaks, refused to submit willingly, despite the promise that the contribution of their property would increase the collective good. “How did peasants initially respond to the idea of collectivization? Party agitators sent to the villages to persuade peasants of the benefits of collectivization often met with skepticism and mockery. Peasants who resisted the pressure of regional party officials to enroll in collective farms were labeled as kulaks; those who feared confiscation sold off their property as quickly as they could, in effect self-dekulakizing.” (Cite)

In response to resistance, Stalin turned to terror. Yet resistance continued. Most significantly, peasants preferred to burn their crops and destroy their property rather than have it taken over by the government.

“But the peasants objected violently to abandoning their private farms. In many cases, before joining the kolkhozy they slaughtered their livestock and destroyed their equipment, The losses, as well as the animosity toward the Soviet regime, became so great that Stalin decided to slow down the collectivization process.” (Cite)

The results of collectivization were food shortages and famine. Peasants preferred starvation and death to property confiscation.

“Peasant resistance to collectivization took many forms: wanton slaughter of livestock, women’s riots (bab’i bunty), theft and destruction of collective farm property, and, perhaps most widely spread, an intentionally slow pace in carrying out directives of the kolkhoz administration. The tremendous loss of livestock through slaughter, inadequate fodder, and simple neglect made it virtually impossible for kolkhozes to fulfill their procurement quotas for meat and dairy products.” (Cite)

Obama and the Democratic-controlled Congress, who are so anxious to raise income taxes on the “rich,” will be in for a rude surprise. There is nothing Obama can do about people who would rather not work than have the fruits of their labors confiscated, or who structure their lives to avoid taxation.

In addition to protest, supporters of the Tea Party would do well to change their economic behavior to deprive Obama of what he wants most, your tax dollars. Invest in municipal bonds, carefully manage your investments to minimize taxable income, do everything possible and legal to insulate yourself from creating taxable income. In so doing, you will doom Obama’s plans because the inability to raise tax revenues will cause Obama to move to more confiscatory tactics, and then the political revolt really will begin, as it has throughout history. Can you say 1994?

AMERICA IN PERIL THE COMING CRISIS AND TOTAL DESTRUCTION

In a previous article ( The COMMIE Watch, America In Peril The Communist Plan To Take Over America ) I tried to point out how for many years American way of life has been under attack, how it was attacked, and by whom, from within.

Everything is now in place, brought about by the years of planning, brain washing, and propaganda to bring about the final destruction of America, One Nation Under God.

With the selection of Obama, the engineered Financial Crisis by his Puppet Masters, Rothschild, Soros, and their cronies. The next crisis is now almost ready to be “created”.

The plan and desire for a global dictatorship with wealth and power in the hands of a few, is as old as civilization. As the world civilization expanded so did the plan to dominate that world.

America emerging as the supreme world power, the independence, faith, and self reliance of her people stood in the way of achieving that goal. The solution, America must be brought to her knees.

Years of small doses of Socialism , conditioning by our educational system, propaganda by the media has put everything in place for achieving that goal.

The selection of Obama and the financial crisis was planned. The plan to redraw districts, and ACORN voter fraud to put “selected” candidates in office will probably be completed before the 2010 elections. The planned global food shortage will soon follow. (more on this later)

The civil uprising, violent protests, looting, and crime that follows the food shortage, will allow Obama to invoke the provisions of the Biden Crime Bill, Executive Orders, Martial Law, and become Puppet Dictator In Chief.

Obama Destroying the USA to rebuild it in his own image?

It’s amazing to me that so many talking heads who seem befuddled as to what Obama is actually attempting to accomplish with his bound-to-fail stimulus bill cannot seem to see the forest for the trees. To put it another way, they cannot grasp what’s actually happening to We-the-People at the hands of the developing ‘Obama Emperium’. Shall we take a look at the events leading up to today? By the way, I mean the actual events—not the lies manufactured by the mainstream media and other of his sycophants to make the secular messiah Obama ‘look good’. I say let’s do!

In September 2003, then President Bush proposed that oversight of Fannie Mae be tightened. Congressional Democrats balked at the idea and vigorously opposed and blocked it. Then, in a 2006 bill, Senate Republicans created a bill calling for oversight of the Democrat-run corrupt Fannie Mae (and its partner organization Freddie Mac) US mortgage giant. At that time, those who ran Fannie Mae (again—ALL Democrats) had already been caught in an $11 billion accounting scandal. Tragically—for all of us—this bill was shelved. Wimpy Republicans actually wanted bi-partisanship and Democrats refused. Despite their protestations to the contrary, Democrats do not want bi-partisanship. This is an historical message that the now-liberal Republican Party leadership refuses to learn from or even acknowledge. Note: At this time the Democrat/Leftist-created financial catastrophe of 2008-2009 could have been brought to light and prevented. However, it appears that dark forces were at work to purposefully bring forth said disaster.

Then, in September (September again—weird) 2008 a strange one to two hour electronic run on US banks to the tune of $550 billion was affected before authorities were able to put a stop to it. One Democrat—Rep. Paul Kanjorski of Pennsylvania said that if authorities had not closed the banks, $5 ½ TRILLION would have been withdrawn from US banks, which would have caused the collapse of the US and within 24 hours the collapse of the world’s economic system. There are certainly those within our own government who know who and what were the perpetrators. But, no one is talking.

All of these deliberate actions brought forth the ammunition that the Left needed to make its contrived fake case that Communists and/or Fascists (they’re now called Democrats) needed to be placed in charge and the US (if not the world) and that freedom—including any and all free market capitalism—had to be dumped in favor of implementing dictatorial controls. The creation of the fake “stimulus package” is the seizing of control of the country’s financial resources and their redistribution to the power elite—not to you and me. The nationalization of banks is the seizure of the financial houses—for use by and of the governmental power elite—not for you and me. The “stimulus package”—which will result in the TOTAL theft of the country’s resources—was never meant to stimulate anything save the Democrat power brokers and their friends. A dumbed-down population—aided by the election fraud group ACORN—assisted in “electing” GL (‘great leader’) Obama to the office of the US presidency (an individual whose US citizenship is still highly suspect). And within less than a month, Obama has succeeded in pushing the USA (using the largely Democrat-created economic crisis) toward Socialism. By the way, we who have been paying our mortgages are now expected to subsidize those who have not. The “flakes” are being rewarded for their failure and the able are being punished. What a way to destroy a country!

I predict that any real socialistic endeavors will be bypassed in favor of pure Marxism-Stalin style. Obama has already begun his plan to clamp down on free-speech with his adherents’ resurrection of the inaptly named “Fairness Doctrine,” which is meant to shut down conservative and Christian speech. Only Obama-speak is now acceptable. Obama’s National Security Force—AKA Gestapo or Secret Police—is already being formed with his Defense Department Directive 1404.10 and according to Worldview Times “H.R. 645 that calls for no less than six federal camps to be built to house U.S. Citizens.”

This is only the tip of the iceberg, folks. Obama and his minions have accomplished these in only one month after seizing office. Can those of you who still have a working mind see where this is leading? Are there still people out there who do NOT want to live in a totalitarian state? I further predict that within the next 2 months, Obama’s Congressional adherents will arrange yet another “stimulus bill” in an attempt to confiscate the US’ remaining wealth. The stock market continues to tank while Obama continues to tell us this is his country and his victory. The rest of us are only the worker-serfs who are expected to produce for the powerful in D.C. and shut up while we’re doing it. Are any of you who were blind to Obama’s real plan beginning to see again?

MORE TROOPS FORTHCOMING IN OBAMA’S BID TO BECOME DICTATOR

President Barack Obama has signed an executive order presidential determination allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinians to settle in the United States at American taxpayers’ expense. Sure, what can go wrong when we allow hundreds of thousands of people who have been, as Mark Steyn memorably described, “marinated” in a “sick death cult,” who voted for Hamas, and 55% of whom support suicide bombing/murders in the United States. By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in migration assistance to the Palestinians. Egypt won’t take them. Jordan won’t take them. Syria won’t take them. Saudi Arabia won’t take them. All of the Arab countries - every one of them - has allowed the Palestinians to fester for over 60 years. Meanwhile, generation after generation have become more and more radicalized. Their lives are unproductive - they “live” to die as martyrs - yearning for the rewards of the world beyond. The “presidential determination” will allow hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States. The determination was signed on January 27 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4. President Obama’s decision, according to the Register, was necessitated by “the urgent refugee and migration needs” of the “victims.” Few on Capitol Hill took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006. Wonder how long it’ll be before the U.S. is labeled a rouge country that supports terrorism

There is a letter authored by a military veteran making the rounds of the Internet that shouts loudly and clearly that all Americans MUST undergo an attitude change and get more involved in political affairs. That letter will do about as much good as giving a piss ant a bucket and telling him to drain Lake Superior, and I’ll tell you why.

Obama and his followers believe that what he is doing is what is right for America. They would say that whomever wrote that letter, is wrong and they’ll say, “Just wait and see” then continue on as if they heard nothing. They DON’T CARE what anyone else thinks.

Juan Williams, a radio talk-show host on National Public Radio appears on Fox News a lot and when someone mentions what Obama and the Congressional Democrats are doing, he very blithely says, “Check the latest polls, they show Obama with a very high percent approval rating and that should tell you that he is doing something right.” Williams might be right but I suspect they take these polls in places where Obama is most popular. I wonder what his poll rating would be in a highly conservative area.

As for telling your Congressmen and Senators that we MUST do something to stop Obama, you had better hope that they are conservative Republicans, because if they are Democrats, liberal or not, they will just tell you that we have to wait and see. They will do NOTHING to stop Obama or themselves from bringing ruin to this country, because they think it is RIGHT. Not one Democrat voted against the “Stimulus” bill. But three Republicans voted against their party. So don’t count on any Democrat to do anything to stop Obama.

Obama and his followers CONTROL every facet of this country, legislative government, judicial courts, and executive administration; plus 28 states. Conservative politicians are also screaming: “Tell your congressman NOT to vote for this bailout plan or that giveaway plan.” But it doesn’t change anything, the Obama followers are in charge and they are going to do whatever it is that Obama wants whether the country goes down the tubes of socialism or not.

If someone ever comes up with a different plan that will work, please let me know and I will go along with it, but to just stand up and scream to Obama and his followers that they must stop all this giveaway and giving permission to terrorists to come to this country, will be as successful and do as much good as that ant mentioned in the first paragraph above.

We don’t have the numbers or the money to fight them and they will continue to take more and more money from us and we can’t do a blessed thing about it.

I know most people don’t want to hear this, and I don’t like saying it, but nothing else will work either so I guess we just have to put up with it and keep trying to find ways to stop it. Somehow we’ve got to convince Obama’s followers that he is WRONG for this country, but it won’t be easy. Even our United States Supreme Court doesn’t know what to do OR just doesn’t care what he is doing as an illegally sitting President who refuses to even show his birth certificate AND GETS AWAY WITH IT.

The second American Revolution may be the only answer.

Professor J Joseph Olson of Hemline University School of Law, St. Paul , Minnesota , points out some interesting facts concerning the Presidential election:

� Number of States won by: Democrats: 19 Republicans: 29

� Square miles of land won by: Democrats: 580,000 Republicans: 2,427,000

� Population of counties won by: Democrats: 127 million Republicans: 143 million

� Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Democrats: 13.2 Republicans: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: “In aggregate, the map of the territory Republican won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country. Democrat territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare.”

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the “complacency and apathy” phase of Professor Tyler’s definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation’s population already having reached the “governmental dependency” phase.
